Rom (Makmel) Initiative and Investments Ltd. - is a contracting and entrepreneurial company operating in the field of residential construction and promoting projects within the framework of TAMA 38 in central Israel.

Rom Company is an intimate family company founded by Meir Makmel and Hezi Makmel Jr. - a civil engineer by training.

The company is responsible for and carries out all project processes, from the planning and approval stages to the delivery of the apartments to satisfied buyers.

The company specializes in initiating and high-end construction of projects in saturated construction only.
